Not Downloading From TD Bank

Please bear with me, this is lengthy!
Quicken does not bring down the latest transactions from TD Bank.
The One Step Update completes normally in about 5 seconds but with no new transactions.
The one thing that is out of the ordinary, is when I do a Reset Account. I get this message:

"Quicken could not complete the account reset.
This could be caused by a temporary problem connecting with your
financial institution or an incorrect password.

If you get this message after multiple attempts, please wait a
few days and try again or contact Quicken Customer Support."

I can log-in to TD Bank normally.
Connection Method is Direct Connect.
I've tried Deactivate with no change.
I've tried Tools/Online Center/Ctrl/F3/Click Contact Info/Click TD Bank/Click Refresh(Branding needs updating)/
Click OK/Click Update/Send with zero transactions downloaded!!

Any help would be appreciated!

Update:
Did a File/Validate and Repair and it did not fix the problem.
Went to Help/Contact Support/Log Files/Connection Log[CONNLOG.TXT] and found this:

    Update2:
    Could this be the problem??
There is a connection method conflict for this account.
I have three accounts in Quicken: TD Bank, Chase Credit Card, and Charles Schwab.
If I right-click on Chase or Schwab, click on Edit/Delete Account, click on Online Services, the Connection Method for both is Express Web Connect+.
If I do the same for TD Bank, the Connection Method is Direct Connect, but, if I click on Tools/Password Vault/Add or Edit Passwords and click on the key icon next to Not Required, a box appears with Express Web Commect+ and some other instructions.

Also, in the instructions for "How to Change the Bank Connection Method", https://www.quicken.com/support/how-do-i-change-bank-connection-method
instruction 6. Select the connection method and click Next. There is no box to change the connection method!!

Called Support and the problem was fixed!
The steps were too numerous and too technical to post here!
Kudos to the rep who helped me!!
