Investment Partnership Detail report excludes some transaction types (e.g. MiscInc)

I'm trying to get some Investment Partnership performance data, and I'm finding the Investment Partnership reports don't include all the income transactions.
For example, if I enter a MiscIncX transaction to both record income and immediately transfer the cash out of the account, that transaction will show up in the report. However, if I enter a "MiscInc" transaction, and then transfer the cash out of the account later, then that income doesn't show up on the report.
I could work around this by changing all my MiscInc transactions to MiscIncX, but it's usually easier for me to enter them as MiscInc transactions. And I think this is a BUG.
(BTW, the XfrOut doesn't show up as income either.)
