Quicken hasn't downloaded Schwab transactions for 20 days. No fix in sight?

Problem supposedly elevated by Quicken IT yet every couple of months this year Schwab downloading transactions stop working. They need to get their act together and can start by issuing rebates for faulty software, then try hiring additional competent software programmers.

    Running Window 11 Ver22H2. Quicken techs checked and tested my side, all OK, Said problem is on their side and they have known about problem and will work on it. Ask to give them a day. A day? three more have past!
