Hudson Valley Credit Union transactions not downloading

Hudson Valley Credit Union savings and credit card transactions are not being dowloaded via express web connect. This issue appeared to start at the beginning of May. When I contacted HVCU they said they weren't aware of any issues on their end. I've tried both the Account Reset and detaching/reattaching the account download.

Any suggestions?

    • What edition level (Starter Edition, Deluxe, etc.), version and release of Quicken (R xx.xx or R x.x.x) are you using? Click Help / About Quicken (Mac: Quicken / About Quicken) to determine year/version and release. You must be on the latest release (patch) level for your supported Quicken Subscription version. If you're missing patches, update your software first.
    • US, Canadian or other international version of Quicken?
    • Is your subscription still active? Or is it expired?
    • What version of Windows or Mac OS are you using?
    • What error codes, error messages, symptoms do you get?
    • What bank(s) are you having issues with?
    • What account types (checking, savings, etc.) are you having issues with?
    • How frequently do you download using One Step Update or "Update Now"?
    • Does this problem occur when you run One Step Update (Mac: update all accounts) from your desktop/laptop or when you initiate a download using the Quicken Mobile App or Quicken on the Web?
    • What have you tried so far to resolve the issue?

    Quicken Deluxe version R50.5 build 27.1.50.5 running on Windows 11 Home.

    • US, Canadian or other international version of Quicken?

    US

    • Is your subscription still active? Or is it expired?

    It is still active

    • What version of Windows or Mac OS are you using?

    Windows 11 Home

    • What error codes, error messages, symptoms do you get?

    No error messages. While checked and shows as Downloading Transactions, Hudson Valley Credit Union does not appear in the One Step Update Summary

    • What bank(s) are you having issues with?

    Hudson Valley Credit Union

    • What account types (checking, savings, etc.) are you having issues with?

    Savings and Credit Card.

    • How frequently do you download using One Step Update or "Update Now"?

    Every day.

    • Does this problem occur when you run One Step Update (Mac: update all accounts) from your desktop/laptop or when you initiate a download using the Quicken Mobile App or Quicken on the Web?

    I don’t use the Quicken Mobile App or Quicken on the Web, so only on my desktop version of Quicken.

    • What have you tried so far to resolve the issue?

    I’ve tried Reset Account, Detaching and re-attaching the account to Update Now, and calling the bank’s help line. Reset Account and Re-attaching the bank to Update Now reports that it has downloaded transaction, however this doesn’t alter any transactions not already marked as Cleared.

    The bank reported that they are not aware of any other complains.

    Quicken is now able to download Hudson Valley Credit Union transactions. Because nothing I did was able to make any difference, my thanks to whoever fixed it.
