transaction not download from Wells Fargo or City Bank

This is an ongoing problem for many users. Transactions from Wells Fargo or City Bank do not download. Been told for months Quicken is aware of the problem, but still no resolution. I have been a user for more than 15 years and this is the worst support have ever had. Been told for months the problem has been escalated….

    I'll try this again. I have been having problems with Wells Fargo downloads for about 3 weeks now. Please provide more information regarding the status of the problem resolution than telling us the problem has been escalated.
