Quicken 2013
I had 2013 bought and paid for and then my computer had to crash. Upon restoring the windows it erased everything that was not on the computer when bought new. How can I restore this program, anyone know?

You're in luck. You can download Quicken 2013 Deluxe for free. It’s under Converting from Quicken 2004-2009. Click on the blue words Quicken 2013 for Windows in step 3
I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

Where are your backup files?
The Quicken data files are not stored magically with the program itself. They reside as separate data files on your hard drive.
Did you make backups to external storage media (USB stick, ext. hard drive, CD) or a cloud backup service?
After installing Quicken you will need to restore the latest Quicken data file backup from the external media … if you have them. Otherwise, if the old hard drive is totally gone, I'm afraid, you'll start from scratch.0
