Synchrony Savings slow update

Does anyone else have this problem ? It takes over 2 minutes for Synchrony Bank to update transcations in my Synchrony Savings account during One Step Update. I've reset the account, deactivated and reactivated, and still have the same problem. Any suggestions ?

    What other banks do you have connected for downloading using "Express Web Connect" (with or without a "+" sign)?

    For me, 6 different banks downloading from the EWC Quicken server always take a total of 2 - 3 minutes all together. I would call 2 - 3 minutes download time "normal" at this time.
    It's my understanding that Quicken staff are working on speeding things up …

    Synchrony Bank is the only slow download. I figured it out, by removing it from my One Step Update, and then just running update only on Synchrony. The rest of my downloads are pretty quick.
