Quicken Update - can’t Reconcile - was Beginning Balance problem

Hello, I reconciled by bank earlier this week. I have since updated my Quicken version and had to reconnect to my bank. I am now trying to reconcile and I have a huge difference as if transactions are missing from prior to this reconciliation.

take a look at the Beginning Balance of your Quicken Account - sometimes a version update will randomly change things

yes, that’s what it was. After deleting it, my difference was zero. Thank you!

as a note - go thru all your Quicken accounts , scroll to the Beginning Balance - and copy that number into the Memo field for safe keeping
