Support unhelpful regarding too many datasets
I got the "too many datasets" error (had it some time ago) and now the support rep supervisor is telling me that I have a huge number and that the only way it will go away is when my subscription comes for renewal. I'm trying to find a contact with some Quicken executive willing to delve into this situation but if some in the community can help, I'd be very grateful. The product has become essentially unusable for me. In addition to this issue, I find that if I have one direct connect account working, when I set up another one, the first one generates an error. I painstakingly built a totally new QDF because a support rep told me I was getting errors because my QDF was too big and too old. Based on the errors I see being fixed in updates, it sounds as though their underlying code base has a lot of issues.

”too many datasets” is usually associated with making Quicken copies or a lot of Backup/Restores which create a new internal dataset number each time.
