PNC credit card reconciliation issues

For the last 2 months when I try to reconcile PNC's credit card statements the charge amounts match, the credit amounts match and but the cleared balance is wrong. I just recorded an adjustment to make the account reconcile last month because it was a small amount. This month the cleared balance is $1,246.30. I just also balanced a Citibank card and a Chase card with no problems. Any thoughts or help is welcome.
