Information missing on "create custom renaming rule" dialog box

Sorry about the convoluted title, but has anyone else experienced this error? For the past few days, when this box pops up for downloaded transactions with new payees, this is what I see. The first box is shaded gray, and the second one is empty.

    The strange problem seems to have resolved itself. The renaming rule box now looks normal. 🤷‍♂️
