Download total of Fidelity IRA shares incorrect. Anything I can do?

Windows 10, 32 bit, 20H2 and Windows 10, 64 bit, 22H2
QUICKEN R50.14
I think this started with most recent update. Quicken Online Center says the Fidelity IRA shares don't agree with what's in quicken. Differences were wildly different. The Fidelity website share totals agreed with the shares I have in Quicken. No other accounts had the problem - 2 regular brokerage accounts at Fidelity and 1 regular and 1 IRA at E-trade.
I reset, deactivated and re-activated the Direct Connect and the problem still exists.
I validated the quicken file and the problem still exists.
Since I can't see what is downloaded, it's hard to determine if this a Quicken coding or server problem, or a Fidelity coding problem.
Weird that it's only a Fidelity IRA problem.

Why can’t you see what’s downloaded?
Quicken user since Q1999. Currently using QW2017.
