Getting CC-501 Error

1. Getting error when trying to add a new account from a Credit Union that is connected (since yesterday)
2. Trying to "reset" an account that I was previously connecting. - tried a few times, issue has been at least a week.

Error says it's a quicken error not a financial institution error. Thank you!
