Chase Payee Names Changed

Ever since the connectivity change with Chase Bank, I've noticed that some, though not all, of imported transactions from Chase have the word "to" appended to the beginning of the Payee name. Therefore, the name does not match those previously recorded in Quicken. Any ideas?

    Have tried using Renaming Rules?
