Quicken wiping out paycheck data

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
All of my paycheck data is wiped out AGAIN!!! How do I stop this from happening? Based on the responses in the discussion forum this is a know issue dating back to 2018 at least. When will this issue be fixed?
