one step update taking very long to download after last few updates. Screen goes black multiple time throughout the download process
How long is "taking very long", in minutes? How many different banks are part of the download process?
My daily One Step Update usually takes between 2 and 3 minutes for 6 different banks using Express Web Connect (or EWC+) and a few extra seconds for 2 banks using Direct Connect.
It took 3 minutes to download transactions from 2 financial institutions this morning. Total transactions downloaded was 1 (yes that was only one transaction )… Super Fast computer with SSD drive, super fast internet service, and super slow running Quicken….. [Edited- Readability]
