Greenstate Credit Union - Can not set up for downloading transactions (edit)

Community - when I try to add an account for automatic downloading transactions - I keep getting the error message below. Any idea on how to get this to stop blocking me?

    there appear to be TWO entries - have you tried each -
    appears one is for Credit Card only - and one is for Banking AND Credit card ?

    Thanks for the input. This particular accounts used to be set-up for automatic download with the above GreenState site but about 180 days ago transactions stopped downloading when I did the automatic update (it runs fine but nothing downloads) . So I do believe it is the right site. I disconnected online and am now trying to simply reconnect online services to this account. Any other ideas?
