Upgraded from Deluxe to H&B - can’t create a Business Account (edit)

I upgraded to Quicken Home & Business and now i can't add any accounts? Do you know why or how to fix it?

    a little more info on what you are doing - and what happens ?

    and… what do you mean "upgraded to H&B -
    did you have a Deluxe or Premier version ?

    Hello,

    I upgraded from Quicken Deluxe to Quicken Home & Business (I am starting a business) last night. Immediately after I logged back into it after the upgrade, I attempted to create a business account. About a minute after 1 click to create an account the following window pops up:

    After another try, the computer screen greys out and Quicken locks up for about 3-4 minutes. Even after a couple computer reboots this still happens. There are a number of ways to create an account and they all result in the same end. Would you have any ideas on why this is happening and how to fix it?
