Quicken closes after performing One Step Update

I am using Quicken Home, Business and Rental. Version R50.16 Build 27.1.50.16. After completing a One Step Update, Quicken closes.

Using Windows 10 Enterprise (Completely updated)

    It actually looks like it didn't complete the update. I performed a One Step Update again and it seems to have worked, but why would it just exit in the middle of an Update and not complete it?
