Hello all

I am trying to help my 88 year old mother who has been using quicken for years and it is now it is crashing and she is out of sorts noting beinable to see her checkbook.. I am guessing it is crashing because she went ahead yesterday and updated her computer to Windows 11 22H2 yesterday.

Her copy of quicken is pretty old as you see below

I have tried application compatibility mode and it made no difference.

Thanks

Gary

Release R 33.19 dates back to May 2021 and is a subscription version (2018+)
I assume the subscription has been allowed to expire?

IMHO, the fastest way might be to log on to her account at quicken.com, renew the subscription, download the latest version from the account and install it, replacing the old version.

It should never be necessary to run Quicken in Compatibility Mode or as administrator.
