How do I delete two tx's hung up in Online Center? Were properly applied to account.

Won't let me deactivate account.

    1. go back to a version in your back up where that issue doesn't exist
    2. I think if you try validate and repairing the file, it can solve the problem. Be sure to make a back up before you begin.

    Problem transactions are over a year old and don't have a backup that old. Didn't know there was a problem until I tried to deactivate the account. The account was properly updated at the time of the transactions and now has a zero balance in perfect order. Have tried to update from Vanguard without success in eliminating the transactions.

    Have you tried toggling the preference to Automatically Add Downloaded Transactions to Investment Transaction Lists?

    Quicken user since Q1999. Currently using QW2017.
