keeps closing after the download

anybody else having this problem with Quicken closing after downloading

then you have to open it back up and wait to see if any new transactions are there

    No. I'd start troubleshooting by validating and, maybe, super validating your data file to see if there's any corruption.

    Yes my downloads do not complete, have tried 3 times.

    To clarify, my downloads do not complete, but Quicken continues to run.
