Citi Update Error OL-293-A

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I recently logged into Citibank website through browser on my computer. My password hadn't been changed in a while, so Citi forced me to update password which I did. Naturally, the next time I tried to do a one step update in quicken I got an error and it asked me to update my pw which I did. However, it still couldn't connect. Now every time I try to download transactions from Citi, I get error OL-293-A
