    What's not downloading?
    How do you download? One Step Update or QFX file from the website or other?
    Have you tried downloading transactions before and deleted them before accepting them?

    I am linking the account via the app to NBenefits. Only two funds in the account show up as opposed to the full amount of funds.Consequently, only a portion of funds appear in Quicken. With other such connections the flow is complete and accurate. I have deleted the whole account twice and reconnected it with no change in the result. Thanks for following up!
