error - unable to initialize Quicken runtime components (edit)

Hi, I just started receiving this message yesterday. I'm using Windows Subscription version of Quicken Home & Business. I don't use the automated banking downloads. I can't even get quicken to open. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

Did this happen after a Windows midnight raid on your computer, installing some Windows Updates and rebooting?
