Is anyone having an issue with one step update?

I run update and only a few accounts show as complete; even though the dot is green after all my accounts. If I reset the account, I get the transactions. But if I do update now, it doesn't work.

    Yes. I have had the same problem for months now. Out of 24 accounts, only 6 have updated during one step update. All of them used to update. It's just ridiculous and I'm tired of paying for a service that doesn't work. It's time to dump Quicken for good. It's useless.

    this only started today after a file restore. I wish there was an alternative to Quicken too

    log out of your ID and then log back in

    go to edit>preferences>QUickenID>sign in as a different user

    just log out and then back in
