2 accounts with the same name, one is in banking, one is in investments

Recently I converted to Quicken from MS Money

I had a Roth IRA account that I fund thru a checking account. When I imported the accounts from MS Money I now have a "ROTH (Contribution)" account under "Banking" with the correct balance and a ROTH account under investing with a zero balance

When I try to remove either, i get the message that it is linked to a checking account

How do I get only one listed with the correct balance under the "Investment" section?

Are there securities in the Roth account and the balance you say is zero is the cash balance? Have you tried editing the Roth brokerage account and clearing the option to show a linked checking account? This will move all the cash transactions back to the brokerage account and the linked checking account will disappear. This should be reversible by rechecking that option, but backup first.
