Not all positions appear in Simple - Positions Only account

I recently converted an Account from Complete to Simple. I had not updated the account in quite a while thus the transactions were out of date by a couple of years.

Upon switching the current positions are not being shown but rather the original ones. None of those securities are in the account anymore. And the current ones do not appear on the page. How do I get the account to update to the current securities and positions?

And then how does it keep up to date. I would have though doing a One Step Update would have updated everything.

    As a follow-up: If i look in the Investing/Portfolio page the correct positions are shown there.
