How much is in my NetBenefits account?

How much is in my NetBenefits account? I have no idea nor have I in months. When will these issues be fixed? Will Quicken be extending subscriptions for the lack of urgency in fixing?

    This problem continues. Recent updates have restored missing holdings until, it seems, the next time there is any account activity. I agree this is an urgent issue

    This problem continues. I just went through another cycle of missing holdings being restored only to have them disappear the next time there was account activity
