Fidelity Net Benefits - Unable to add new account in Quicken

I opened an IRA account at Fidelity Net Benefits yesterday. In trying to add the account to Quicken Windows (R52.20), Quicken will get through the Add an Account process fine, will log into my Fidelity NetBenefits; finds the account and shows the account type and nickname in Quicken correctly but the only option in the Action column is "Don't Add to Quicken". There is no drop down menu as there usually is to add the account to Quicken. The only option - Hitting the Next button sends me back to Quicken and the account is not added.
Is this a known issue or related to the other investment account update issues that have recently been posted for investment balances?
