CC Transactions missing or not visible?

My credit card at Navy Federal Credit Union only shows transactions up to the end of July. When I do the one step update nothing further comes down or shows up. I exported all the transactions into a WFX file and imported them but nothing was added, there are many transactions in the file. My other accounts at NFCU are up to date. What am I missing?
