Downloaded online bills shown as skipped

After downloading an online bill this morning (9-20-2023), the bill failed to show in the "Upcoming Bills" register. When checking in the "Manage Bills and Income", the bill was downloaded, but the status was shown as "Skipped". I did nothing to cause the bill to be skipped. Quicken version R52.20, build 27.1.52.20.
