Can no longer generate a Profit and Loss Statement

Using Quicken 13 Home and business windows version and as of a couple of days ago can not open Profit and Loss Statement. When I click on "Reports" at the top of the screen it opens the drop down menu like normal but when I click on Profit and Loss nothing happens at all. I can open the other items on the list but not Profit and Loss. Its like I am not even selecting it. I have not made any changes to the program or my windows operating system.

Anyone have any suggestions?

    Do I read this correctly? You're using Quicken 2013? Would this be the US or the Canadian version or some other international version?
    What release level are you using? Click Help / About Quicken to show you the release level.
    If you're on the US version and not using 2013 R 12, the latest available bug fix release level, download the necessary patch file, R 12 Mondo, from https://www.quicknperlwiz.com/quicken-2013-patches.html
    (Canada 2013 R 2: https://www.quicknperlwiz.com/quicken-patches-canadian.html and look for the 2013 R2 file)

    As to the report not working … you may have reached or exceeded a file size limitation or the data file was damaged. Try Validating your data file or try restoring your data file from yesterday's backup (you do backup your data file every day, don't you?)
