USAA and cannot see CC accounts (again)

Running Windows 11. Quicken version 52.20.

My issue started with a CC-506 error with USAA. It stated that my accounts had potentially been closed. I waited a week before I tried any further actions as I figure maybe a server is down. I've tried reactivating my accounts several times, and like this has happen too many times in the last 24 months, quicken cannot see my USAA AMEX card and it creates a second 'new' account. I restored from backup and every time I try to authorize; quicken cannot see or link to the existing credit card. I have a lot of data I have to keep and I don't want to start over with my credit card account.

quicken: what is going on and how long will we wait for a fix (this time?)?
