Why can't I supervalidate?

After I successfully validate, I try to supervalidate by holding shift-control while selecting validate. I just get an ordinary validation. again. Any Ideas?

    You have to hold Shift & Ctrl while choosing Validate & Repair File from the File menu.

    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, as of 2025 using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro & Win11 Pro on 2 PCs.
