Fidelity Netbenefits Not Downloading Correctly

This is an ongoing problem since an update in July. Notification posted by Anja that this is resolved - it is not. Have filed Report a Problem. Have changed connection, disconnected the file etc, to no avail. Sometimes 2 of 3 accounts will download, currently it is 1 of 3. Have filed ticket numbers #10397460. There are no error messages. There are multiple discussions in Community that Quicken marks as Closed.
