New investment clearinghouse for existing account

Hello. I have been receiving dividends via TD Ameritrade. Now TD Ameritrade has ben bought by Charles Schwab and dividends from the same account arrive from Schwab. What would be the best way to log such transactions going forward that both shows the new name and maintains continuity with the previous (TD) transactions? Thank you.
