R52.28 - receiving CC-502 and CC-503 errors on most of my accounts ? (edit)

I have tried all the suggested ways to correct the above errors which appear to be widespread. Is Quicken making any progress? These errors make it extremely difficult to use Quicken.

    Version 52.28 build 27.1.52.28. I have errors on all of the following: Unity Bank (NJ), Discover Card, First Foundation Bank, Somerset Regal Bank (formerly Somerset Savings), Citi Card, Fulton Bank (NJ).

    Why am I not getting any updates from Quicken regarding the widespread CC-503 errors? I am having this problem with all of the following: Unity Bank (NJ), Discover Card, First Foundation Bank, Somerset Regal Bank (formerly Somerset Savings), Citi Card, Fulton Bank (NJ). Using Version 52.28 build 27.1.52.28.
