Quicken 2017 Not working

Was using Quicken 2010 on Windows 10 Pro laptop. Quicken 2010 periodically locked up. Upgraded using Quicken 2017 Install CD. CD said it would work with Windows 10.

It updated to 2017 formats and now will not work. I am only using as a check book with required financial information for other institutions. Anyway I can get 2017 to work or switch back to 2010?
