TD Canada Trust - Easy Web displaying incorrect online balance for 9 months now
The following issue shows as "ongong" … no updates since Jan 30th: "ONGOING 1/30/23 TD Canada Trust - Easy Web displaying incorrect online balance".
I opened a case back in Dec 2022. Quicken said it was an issue within TD and they would escalate. Never heard back. Bank account is fine. TD VISA card accounts are the issue. Even creating a brand new file and adding the VISA accounts yields the same incorrect online balance in the registers. I don't understand why Quicken can't fix this and ensure data file integrity for their files. Other firms do this … well. Supervalidate runs error free.
We are paying for this software. It is not free. I have been a customer of Quicken for almost 30 years.
