Transactions not downloading

I'm using Quicken Classic Premier on Windows 10. For several days Quicken has run One Step Update without showing activity in any of my accounts. Today it gave me a message that my Chase account needed to be re-authorized. I went through the process, closed Quicken and started it again. Still no activity. I visited each of the financial institutions' websites and several showed activity that posted to their website days ago but none of the transactions are reflected in Quicken. I re-installed the latest version again, closed Quicken and signed on again, first to the Quicken site and then to the password vault with no change. The financial institutions I use are:

American Express
Chase
Citi
Discover
Fidelity
Home Depot
Lowe's
Wells Fargo

I have relied on Quicken for decades so this is very disturbing. If I can't trust Quicken to accurately update my financial activity and have it reflected on my computer, I will be forced to look for other software solutions.

Same here. For the last few days I have been running the One Step Update and nothing is getting downloaded. I know that there are transactions in some of my accounts, but the summary screen shows that the last update for all accounts is 10/15/2023. So something happened within the past few days. One such thing was a Quicken update, that I allowed to take place. Was that the culprit? And to add insult to injury, I just received an email from Quicken that they are going to bill me for the next annual maintenance fee. I'm paying an annual fee for a product that doesn't work????

Missing Some Transactions When Downloading From Bank?

Please read and try this: https://www.quicken.com/support/missing-some-transactions-when-downloading-bank

If that doesn't help solve the problem, please tell us more about your issue and how you're processing downloaded transactions. Do you auto-accept, "accept all" or manually review and accept each one of the downloaded transactions?
