AUTOMATIC RESIZING OF REGISTER VIEWS

When I work from home, I use a couple of large external monitors. In such a mode, each time I oen an account in Quicken, whether checking, investment of asset, I can see all the register columns on my screen.

When I work away from home, using the same laptop but without the external monitors, I find that some accounts will automatically resize so that I can see all the register columns on my laptop screen, but other accounts do not resize and I must use the sliding bar at the bottom of the register to move from right to left.

This is quite random: some credit card accounts resize, others don't. Some bank accounts resize, others don't/ I cannt see a setting that is different to explain the varying "behavior"

Once I go back to using external monitors, everything settles back to nomal and all account registers can ve viewed fully with all columns in place.

All my accounts have 2 lines of display. I do not use pop up registers.

Any thoughts on how this issue could be fixed?

Thank you

I too have the same issue switching from a laptop to my 4K 32 inch monitor. The only way I have found to "fix" this is on the laptop run Quicken in full screen mode. When I switch to the larger higher resolution monitor I just size the Quicken window down. When I go back to my laptop it is full screen and then on the 32 inch monitor it is in a window.
