Transactions not downloading

For the last 2 months transactions have not been properly downloading from RBC. Based on a separate thread I signed out and signed back in which resulted in my business accounts being messed up - in a very strange way. Using Quicken Classic Business & Personal R52.28.
I have deleted and reinstalled personal accounts - did not solve the issue.
This would seem to be a pretty basic requirement. I have been using this particular Quicken app for 2 years - first time encountering this particular problem.

have you tried a RESTORE from a recent Quicken backup ?
