I haven't been on Quicken since Oct 16th - everything was working fine then. I tried to get on today and do an update and Quicken keeps hanging or giving me out of memory errors when I try to to a one step update. Tried resetting one of my accounts, and it hangs. I guess I will try uninstalling and re-installing.

I hate to jump the gun (it's gotten me before).

But the update that was JUST released (R53.16) is helping quite a bit… It's been A LOT more stable for me…

I wish I could say the same. But I have been trying all day long and no luck. At first, it seemed to be two accounts I could connect and synch, but it gave errors. I tried one account at a time. After those two, the app froze with any other account I tried to synch, and I had to go to the task manager to close Quicken.

Could this have anything to do with the update problems?

The file C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Common\Update Service\v4\Global\Global.sdf is infected with Trojan.Agent.CPFZ and was moved to quarantine. It is recommended that you run a System Scan to make sure your system is clean.

One Step Update is not working for me. I uninstalled and installed Quicken Classic Basic and nothing has worked since then. The error message tells me that I cannot connect to the Quicken servers at this time so not to call my bank.
