My Quicken Classic Premier for windows is up to date and I'm using my correct password, however I need to close the program and restart 3 or more times to actually open my file. Why?

need some details - as to what exactly is the sequence you are seeing -

It will say I'm using the wrong password (I'm using the correct one) and I close the program because nothing opens. This goes on for 3 times then it wants me to create a new file, and then I keep trying and finally it will open.

The version I'm using is R52.33 build 27.1.52.33

If your active Quicken data file is stored in a OneDrive folder, try pausing OneDrive before starting Quicken.

That seems to work but is not a long term solution.
