Error Code ol-221-b SOLVED

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I use a Chase Card. All I did was go to tools, accounts, and deactivate my account….then I reactived it…solved. Hope it works for you.

I just tried this. Quicken would not reactivate Chase. Chase's website said it was connected but Quicken timed out. Chase's website stated that Quicken is part of Intuit, which it is not (anymore). I did try logging on to Chase and creating the download.. Which went well. Once back in Quicken however, I went to file import and nothing loaded. No error message, but no transactions loaded. I am assuming that Quicken is working on the issue. I hope so.
