Background account sign-out.

After a period of time, when I open Quicken Classic Business & Personal, I get a message that the file can't be opened. Another message appears (I can't remember the error message text) when I click on "OK". I acknowledge that one, and Quicken then opens with no file loaded. I click on the "File" menu and select my file from the list. The Quicken ID sign-in window appears where I have to enter my password and then the file opens. So, the problem is that I am being signed out of my Quicken account in the background, and then I can't open the file without going through this procedure.
