Bond positions from Fidelity not downloading

I have preferred stocks and bonds in a single Fidelity account. The preferred stock positions are downloading, but the bonds are not. When I view my Security List, all of the bonds are listed, but they show I own zero positions. Am I missing a setting somewhere that will enable the bond positions to download? I also notice that my cash position is overstated, which makes me wonder if the value of the bonds is being included in the cash position. I see no transactions related to the bonds in the transaction register, but I do see transactions for the preferred stock positions.

I will also add that I am not seeing any "Downloaded Transactions" below the register. But I when I go to Tools, Online Center, I see 17 transactions listed for the account in question - all of the bond transactions. These transactions appear to be posted to a cash sub-account. There are no options shown to transfer these transactions to the register. And I don't know how to access the cash position register to move the transactions to the investment register. I have also gone into the Securities List and updated the Asset Class to Domestic Bonds (from Unclassified). I redownloaded the transactions and I still don't see the bond positions listed.

So I finally found my own answer. This article was helpful. Since I can't post a link, add https:/www. to the front of this link to get to the article that helped me.
