Importing of file from PayPal Credit does not appear in account

I exported several files in the Quicken format option at PayPal Credit site. When I clicked on the downloaded file there was a dialogue box in the account asking if I wanted Quicken to apply the information. I said yes. Nothing populated the account window. NOTHING. So now, Kohl's account no longer downloads, PayPal Credit cannot update by export or trying to save the file and import. PayPal Credit no longer allows me to set up the account for downloads since it points to paypalsyf site instead of paypal.com like it used to. PayPal Mastercard categorizes my Interest Expense as Interest Income and posts the Interest Charges as if I made a payment but adds the amount to the balance. Am I paying for another year of Quicken Subscription hell after all of this mess. No.
