Still impacted by Windows Blank Screen issue

I renewed on 10/16/23 and the program no longer works. I have called every few days to speak to tech support. Tech support is calling the problem, The Windows Blank Screen issue. My version is R52.33 Quicken Classic Deluxe. I was able to create a QIF file and I did get it to launch on [Removed - 3rd Party Software]. I would prefer to use my Quicken program but after 21 days, I have to give up and go to [Removed - 3rd Party Software]. My data file was created in 1994 and it is used to track everything, banking, investments, taxes. This is a complete disaster.

I would suggest creating a new Windows user account and trying Quicken from that account. I've seen corrupt Windows user profiles cause strange problems. You can create just a local account.
